Antique microphones, radios, phonographs are available for rental. Ametron has one of the largest collections of functioning antique microphones, radios, phonographs, plus a huge selection of antique electronics available for prop use in movies.

Ametron equipment may be reserved in advance by calling us during regular business hours. All times are available at reasonable rates on a daily, weekly, monthly, or long term basis. Professional technicians are also available to install and operate equipment, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Please contact us for more information and/or a demonstration of this equipment. Rental reservations may be made:

Monday - Saturday — 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sunday — 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

RENTAL POLICIES:

1. Rental Rates are based on a one day/24 hour period.
2. Rental Week based on 4 day charge.
3. Special weekly and monthly rates are available. Please call for quotes.
4. Delivery/Set Up and Pick Up services are available. Please call for a quote on your specific needs.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Valid picture I. D. required.
7. Additional terms and conditions are listed on rental contract.
8. Minimum rental order is $12.50 plus tax.
9. We strive to provide equipment that operates at factory specifications; however, in case of malfunction, Ametron Rental Staff must be notified immediately for exchange, refund or credit considerations.
10. Ametron reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

INSURANCE CONDITIONS:

Certificate of Insurance: Ametron requires a certificate of insurance on file to cover the value of rented equipment for casualty damage or more, naming Ametron as "loss payee" and "additional insured."

Insurance Deductible Coverage: Ametron requires the insurance deductible to be covered by either credit card, cash, or company check. The certificate must also cover all liabilities incurred by use and operation of the equipment and the personnel under the control of the rentee and shall indemnify and hold Ametron harmless from any and all expenses, damages and liabilities.

Advanced Certification Requirement: An original of this certificate of insurance must be presented to Ametron 36 hours prior to the release of the equipment. Ametron reserves the right of acceptance of the policy content.

Rental Deposit: A Mastercard/Visa, American Express, or Discover card may be used for rental deposit for full replacement value of equipment rented. The rental deposit will be returned to rentee, subject to closer inspection for damage of equipment not obvious at the time of check-in by Ametron rental technicians.

Credit Card Clearance: Please note that deposits on credit cards can take up to 14 days to be cleared from your account. A detailed list of terms and conditions is printed on the actual rental contract. Please feel free to discuss the contents with an authorized Ametron rental employee.
